POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Our aim is to provide accommodations that are clean,
comfortable and fully-equipped so that you can enjoy your vacation to the
fullest. The following policies are
to ensure that our properties are well maintained and kept in a condition equal
to the time you arrived.
Check-In: 3:00 p.m. (EST)
Check-Out: 11:00
a.m. (EST)
This agreement does not create a tenancy or residence.
You must depart at the appropriate time.
Ownership/Management: This unit is privately owned and managed.
Please contact the owners rather than the front desk with any concerns or
questions.
Deposits: A
damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required in order to reserve your desired
dates. The deposit
automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully
refundable within 14 days of departure, provided no unreasonable damages, beyond
normal wear and tear, have been incurred during your stay.
Payment: We accept personal checks, credit cards, money orders and cashiers checks in U.S. funds only. Full rental payment is due 14 days prior to arrival or immediately if reservation is made within 14 days. Sales tax of 12.5% and a one-time cleaning fee of $45 will also be added.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are made more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of the deposit less a $50 administrative fee. In the event of cancellation with less than 14 days notice, we will make every effort to re-rent the property. If we are unable to re-rent the unit at a similar rate and time period, you will not receive a refund of rent.
Keys: Upon
receipt of your rental payment, we will send you instructions on how to access the condo.
Minimum Stay: This
property generally requires a two night minimum stay.
During holidays and special events, minimum stays of 3-5 nights may be
required.
Maximum Occupancy:
No more than 6 guests may occupy the condo at any time.
Housekeeping & Linens: Your unit will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Daily
housekeeping service is not provided. An
ample initial linen supply will be provided, but will not be replenished during your
stay. Laundry facilities are
available at the resort. Beach
towels are provided; please do not remove bath towels from the condo.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. You will incur additional charges for deodorizing if evidence of smoking is found. Ashtrays are provided for use on the balcony only.
Parking: Upon check-in, guests will be given a parking pass for one parking spot. There is not parking available for trailers, RV's, etc. Nearby, but off-site, parking for trailers is often available for a fee.
Telephones: There
is a phone in the unit that you can use to make local calls at no charge.
Pets: Pets
are not allowed in this unit.
Hurricane Policy: In the event that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order, we will refund any unused portion of rent from a guest who is currently registered or for a guest who is scheduled to arrive during the mandatory evacuation.
